Cold water dipping through heartbreak and grief has taught me to trust in the full expansion of my emotional being. Water, like us, is always in constant motion and any effort to restrain its true nature is only temporary. It will always finds its way to the ocean one way or another. It is so vital we have spaces that embrace our full beings and expression. The darkness and the light, the ability for creation and destruction that exists within us all. Through acceptance and release we are able to absorb the potency of our emotional experiences and lessons. In constant motion we are able to transform. 

To Be Held and Not Contained honours the grace that is earned through surrender to the emotional realm. Deer gently cups an offering while bathing in the connected experience of life. Salmon, the manifestation of abundance, faithfully return upon the arrival of each year’s rainfall.
